Course Overview
Sujok Therapy is also known as Hand & Foot Massage Therapy. Sujok Therapy or Hand & Foot Massage Therapy was developed by professor Park Jae Woo. Sujok Therapy is a type of Acupressure Therapy. It is a very simple and very effective technique that gives us best results quickly.
“Su” means ‘Hand’ and “Jok” means ‘Foot’. Which means full human body, all organs & all joints are represented on our Hand, Palm & Foot.
In Sujok Therapy or Hand & Foot Massage Therapy it is understood that our palm and foot has meridian points specifically representing particular organ or body parts. By Stimulating those potent points on Hand and Foot Treatment is performed. Stimulation can be done through different Acupressure instruments or simply by hands. Therefore Sujok Therapy is 100 % safe, simple, easy to perform and highly effective technique for treating any acute or chronic diseases.
Requirements
You are supposed to have a good Internet connection to watch the videos. Sujok Therapy Training notes are required while taking online classes. Use copy pen to make notes. Which will be sent by us through courier.
